Free Standard Shipping from USA on all products through UPS or USPS (except for bulk order and custom order products, see details below).
As per USPS guidelines, all packages that weigh less than one pound are shipped through USPS first class and should arrive in 4-6 business days and packages that weigh more than one pound are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS and should arrive in 2-4 days. Sometimes the tracking information is not updated with the USPS but please know the item is moving. If you do not receive the item in 8-9 business days then please contact us.
All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. If the items are unavailable we will contact you and offer you a refund on your order or suggest you to place the items on back order which will make sure that it will be shipped to you on a priority basis once we have the item in stock.
Bulk Order and Other Custom Order Products
Free Shipping on all bulk order products and custom order products. Shipping and delivery time for bulk and custom order products is 1-2 weeks. They may be shipped to you either from USA (through USPS OR UPS) or from India (through DHL Express).
However the shipping times can be different for custom made products. We will let you know the approximate delivery time of your order before you place the custom order with us. Tracking number will also be sent to you so you can track your order. Please note that we try our best to make sure the orders are delivered within the given delivery date; however, due to any unforeseen reason due to custom delays or any other reason if an order is delayed in transit we are not liable. If an order is delayed and not shipped by us, we can cancel the order on customer’s request and issue a full refund.
Undelivered Package
Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address while placing the order. In case a package is not delivered and returned back to us we will issue a refund to you after deducting the incurred shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns and exchanges. However, if the product you received is damaged and is not fit to be used then please notify us within seven days after receipt and we will accept returns and issue you a refund.
All Clearance products are final sale, and no returns will be accepted.
