Standard Shipping from USA through United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS
We ship packages via USPS through any of their shipping services such as USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. USPS Ground Advantage provides simple, reliable and more affordable shipping for packages from 1oz up to 70lbs with delivery in two-to five business days. USPS Priority Mail is a fast and affordable shipping service that delivers packages within 2–3 business days and USPS Priority Mail Express is the express shipping service that delivers packages within 1-2 days. At times we also ship through UPS. Sometimes the tracking information is not updated with the USPS and takes few hours after the item is shipped but please knows the item is moving. If you do not receive the item in 8-9 business days then please contact us.

DHL Express Shipping
For orders of products with larger or bulk quantities and certain custom orders we ship through DHL Express Shipping. The items may be delivered to you from a different location. For large quantity product listings in our shop the shipping and delivery time is 2 weeks and is usually delivered within the two weeks’ time frame. We will contact you and notify you in case we are not able to fulfil the order within the specified time frame. For custom made products the shipping time can vary from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on customer’s requirement. We will let you know the approximate delivery time of your order before you place the custom order with us. Tracking number will also be sent to you so you can track your order.

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. If the items are unavailable we will contact you to cancel the order and offer you a full refund on your order or for the items that are unavailable. We may suggest you to place the items on back order which will make sure that it will be shipped to you on a priority basis once we have the item/items in stock.

Please note that we try our best to make sure the orders are delivered within the given delivery date; however, due to any unforeseen reason due to custom delays or any other reason if an order is delayed in transit we are not liable. If an order is delayed and not shipped by us, we can cancel the order on customer’s request and issue a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns and exchanges. However, if the product you received is damaged and is not fit to be used then please notify us within seven days after receipt and we will accept returns and issue you a refund.

Undelivered Package
Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address while placing the order. In case a package is not delivered and returned back to us we will issue a refund to you after deducting the incurred shipping charges.

All Clearance products are final sale, and no returns will be accepted.
